Both seemed great during the ride, but I am disappointed that the driver from the BCN airport dropped my family off at the wrong hotel but was kind enough to deliver a medical device left behind in the van to the hotel later that afternoon [The wrong dropoff caused us great frustration as we had to walk back and forth in the heat to move a lot of luggage and a travel companion in a wheelchair back to our hotel.] We really liked the driver from the hotel to the port and had no complaints with him."
