The company refused to adjust the price when we reduced passenger numbers 2. The bus collecting us from Pisa was was too big and had to make a number of attempts to get to cortona centre 3. I emailed and ask if the return bus would be able to collect us from piazza Garibaldi (given the first bus was unable to reach the piazza) - I did not receive a reply 4. The return bus was waiting at a different piazza - no one contacted me to inform me - our passengers (some elderly) were forced to rush across cortona with heavy luggage "Florentia Bus srl

While at the hotel, our tour host wanted the coach to arrive an hour earlier than the time I booked, so I requested that 2 days ahead of the transfer (30OCT and transfer was 1NOV), but did not hear back. So I asked them to call the office including the after-hours phone number. They did not reach them that way either. In the end, the time I had chosen worked and the outbound driver was good. Maybe 31OCT is a holiday also but the after-hours phone should be staffed regardless."
