One downside was that our pre-trip itinerary wasn't relayed to the driver, so we had to explain the destination to him on the go. I also think that the route on the outbound trip was not the best and quite slow.

25/06/2018 Rating by Bob Johns from United StatesEverything was fine, except there were emails asking for payment after it was already settled financially, Also, I had no idea where to find the bus. Some information there would have been helpful. I had to scramble around the airport to find out the bus station. Then I had to walk all the way down there to make sure, then walk back into the airport to retrieve my group. That information which was no where to be found in any of the emails I had would have been very helpful. Wasn't it like station #17 or something like that? Just put that in one of the many emails I received from you.

Our bus there didn't turn up but transport company refunded us the very next day as this was out of their control. Their remedy for the problem was quick and professional.
