Dear Lindsey, Considering the location of Hostal Castilla and the size of the bus I recommend to pick all the group up at Westin Palace Hotel (12 minutes walking). It is possible to pick the group at Hostal Castilla (at Atocha Street), but you will probably spend few minutes to get out from the center of the city.
