Despite reasonable pricing, they falsely claimed non-payment of my deposit, leading to a canceled trip and unnecessary bank fees, which I had to pay. Additionally, the driver provided unclear meeting instructions and insisted on communicating in Spanish, knowing I do not speak the language. Furthermore, there was confusion over payment methods, causing undue stress, though ultimately online payment was accepted. We did at the end get to our destination and the drive went smoothly, however the horrible communication from start to finish made it a very unpleasant experience unfortunately."
