Hello, I would like to provide some additional information regarding our transfer, and accordingly the quotation may need to change. We would like to split the outward transfer from Scheveningen to Madurodam as follows, though we would like to have some flexibility closer to the time: 18.30 departure (approx. 90 people) 19.40 departure for 20.00 arrival (approx 60 people) Return journey from Madurodam to Scheveningen at 22.00 for approx. 150 people. Can you confirm how many coaches are included in the quotation and that this would be the full amount? Thank you!

Hi Timothy, I was wondering if we have flexibility to swap around the bus sizes closer to the date? We will always need to transfer around 130-150 people, but until the registration closes on 26 February, we don't know exactly how many people will want to take the early bus, and how many for the later bus departing from the Kurhaus. For now, we anticipate that most people will want to see the park and therefore take the early bus. We do want to have some flexibility on the day too (i.e. extra capacity on the buses) in case it is raining and some people decide not to visit the park before dinner after all! Do you have any advice on this? Thanks!
