No atiende nuestras solicitudes. Pésimo!!
El señor que aparece como proveeor no es dueño del bus. Se lo contrata a otro señor de nombre Franchesco.
El tal Franchesco no sabe nada de como se solicitaron y contrataron los servicios y además dice que él no tiene que entenderse con nosotros, que él no tiene ningún contrato con nosotros. que éñsolo le responde a la persona que ustedes tienen de "proveedor"
Les pedmos en varias oportunidades el proveedor que aparece con el nombre de Erdinc pero se llama Maximiliano (eso dice ahora, nunca nos dio su nombre), que nos facilitara el nombre, whatsapp del conductor y siempre se negó, tampoco nos suministró nunca los datos del atutobús para facilitar su identificación y ubicación en el aeropuerto.
Hoy 19 de julio debeían recoger a los pasajeros en el aeropuerto con hora acordada 5:00 PM (el vuelo fue retradaso por la aerolinea) y lel autobús lego a las 18:35 (06:35 PM), casi dos horas despúes.
¿Queremos saber como y de que manera nos van a responder por el HORRIBLE mal servicio de hoy?
Nuestros pasajeros ya están organizando una demanda por estos sucesos, ¿quien va a responder o devolver el dinero del día de hoy?
Por nuestra parte solo esperamos que el Señor Franchesco que es al parecer el verdadero dueño del autobús, sea serio y nos responda directamente por los servicios. Él dice que no tiene ningún negocio o contrato con nosotros, que a él lo contrato el tal señor Erdinc o Maximiliano o como se llame la persona o empresa que ustedes tienen como "proveedor" Lo peor, llego casi dos horas tarde a lo acordado

The communication was incredible and they were happy to switch our travel day despite 3 days notice with no additional fees. The vehicle was very nice and air conditioned too. The driver was on time and incredibly polite. He was happy to wait a few minutes extra before leaving as one our members was searching for a lost phone too. He let us play music and had a really professional attitude.
