It was diffecut for the driver to pick us up as the marathon was going on and our street was closed, he managed very well. In Sintra it took him several turns to find the road to Palacio da Pena, with, again, many roads closed. So we lost quite a bit of time. Going to our next stop, the Restaurant 'Monte Mare', he drove past it and when we loed him so, he kept driving away from it and evan a Portugease speking friend on the phone had great difficulty to convice him to go there... all in all that took quite a bit of time, and as we had to catch our flight home at the end of the day w were quite rushed as a result. It would have helped if the driver knew in before hand where to go.

We had two day trips out of Lisbon with him and he took us to places we could not have found ourselves. His bus was comfortable, his driving excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

No extra fees, tolls for the routes you requested are included. Parking fees are not envisaged for the areas you wish to visit.
How is the bus service paid?

Payment would need to be transferred beforehand and clear in our account or the vehicle would not leave the depot.

I have knowledge of the area but am not a guide, the rate is for transport but if you want a specialist guide the rate per day is EUR150 for the guide
only. I can give you a basic break down and know of some excellent spots in this area.

You are sort of correct, although it does not have a conventional aircon it does has a water/air cooled system which stabilizes the temperature in the Minivan to an acceptable level....
We are yet to receive a complaint and we have done trips accross Spain in the peak of summer.
