the driver made you get off because you only paid for the bgy - mxp route, plus your group was totally drunk and a member of your group was violent with our driver, we reported everything to the competent authorities.

You will pay the tolls directly to you when necessary, as well as parking and room and board for the driver, unfortunately we can not quantify the cost.
