Florentia Bus is a company specializing in bus with driver rental, minibus, luxury motor coaches and touristic bus tours with headquarters and booking rentals in Cavriglia, halfway between Florence and Arezzo. Founded in 1996 as a subsidiary of the largest F.lli Maddii and STAM, it became a joint-stock company in 2000 and at the same time incorporates the other two parent companies in charge of all their services. Although it may seem like it has only been in the market for 18 years, it has a solid foundation: on the one hand STAM, founded in 1988 by a group of craftsmen from Mugello with years of experience in passenger transport, and on the other hand F.lli Maddii, which already in 1928 moved with the first minibuses and, after almost 100 years and 3 generations, is still in operation incorporated into Florentia Bus. International scheduled services include daily connections to the main East-European capitals such as Ljubljana, Zagreb, Belgrade and Sofia through a fleet of 43 buses suitable for every customer need, with capacity from 16 to 90 seats and all manufactured by car manufacturers such as Mercedes, Setra and VDL. All coaches are equipped with air conditioning, reclining chairs, toilets and TVs with external facilities. We count on a boat rental service in Venice for private tours built to measure between the incredible locations of the lagoon such as Piazza San Marco, Murano, Burano and much more. All our bus and driver rental services can be booked by phone and payments can be made online or by bank transfer for those who can not visit our offices.

The company refused to adjust the price when we reduced passenger numbers 2. The bus collecting us from Pisa was was too big and had to make a number of attempts to get to cortona centre 3. I emailed and ask if the return bus would be able to collect us from piazza Garibaldi (given the first bus was unable to reach the piazza) - I did not receive a reply 4. The return bus was waiting at a different piazza - no one contacted me to inform me - our passengers (some elderly) were forced to rush across cortona with heavy luggage The driver was unable to deliver my passengers to Piazza Garibaldi and we were forced to walk

While at the hotel, our tour host wanted the coach to arrive an hour earlier than the time I booked, so I requested that 2 days ahead of the transfer (30OCT and transfer was 1NOV), but did not hear back. So I asked them to call the office including the after-hours phone number. They did not reach them that way either. In the end, the time I had chosen worked and the outbound driver was good. Maybe 31OCT is a holiday also but the after-hours phone should be staffed regardless. My tour host was happy with the drivers.

8/12/2019 Bewertung von mia rueda von Italien, Bewertung von Rentautobus Buon giorno mi dispiace a comunicarvi che non abbiamo avuto servizio dell'autobus di qualita' come previsto, per primo il bagno era intassata percioe'l'autista ha comunicato sin dal inizio che l'uso del bagno e esclusivamente solo nel caso di emergenza, non c'e era wifi, nemmeno prese per caricare cellulare, il video on board non stata usata. Il motivo che abbiamo presso questa compagnia e per quelli che stata specificata dal offerta servizio. Abbiamo ricevuto tanti reclami e lamentele dai nostri passeggeri. Porgo distinti saluti. Mia
