We also chose this company because we were going on a 3 hr trip and wanted a bathroom and paid extra because it said they had a bathroom. They were also 30 min. late picking us up and did not call. The driver got mad when we asked about the bathroom on the bus and told us it was broken. He didn't speak English and acted mad the whole time.

He only made one small error in parking first at the main coach parking lot instead of coming directly to the hotel which he would have been able to do with his 16 person bus. The bus was not really in the best conditions. The gears did not sound healthy - they made bad sound when the driver shifted gears. The curtain at the back of the bus had come off its rail and there was quite a bad smell of diesel at the back of the bus. The driver's wheel had a whole where the brand name should have been and there was some ingrained dirt on the dashboard.
