Both seemed great during the ride, but I am disappointed that the driver from the BCN airport dropped my family off at the wrong hotel but was kind enough to deliver a medical device left behind in the van to the hotel later that afternoon [The wrong dropoff caused us great frustration as we had to walk back and forth in the heat to move a lot of luggage and a travel companion in a wheelchair back to our hotel.] We really liked the driver from the hotel to the port and had no complaints with him. I would give 5 stars across the board from the driver from the hotel to the port, but I would give two stars for the predicament the driver from the airport to the hotel put our group in after delivering the group to the wrong hotel in an unfamiliar city.

Hello,
We have spoken with the driver and reviewed the GPS system integrated in the vehicle.
He informed us that he only transported 5 of the 8 people who were originally indicated. He started the trip because the passengers already on board told him that the group was complete.
He also told us that he dropped them off right at the hotel entrance, clearly indicating which hotel it was, but the group didn’t listen and went to another hotel instead.
This is a street where stopping is not allowed — we had already informed them of this — and the group likely noticed that they were blocking other public buses passing through. That’s why, for the return trip, it’s important that everyone is ready at the agreed time. If the group is not ready, the bus will not be able to stop and will have to continue driving. That means it would take around 30 minutes to return and be able to stop in front of the hotel again.
We’d also like to inform you that we are not responsible for checking the personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for their own items. As a courtesy, we usually check if anything was left behind and keep it at our office so the client can come pick it up. In this case, we believed the bag might contain medical items due to its label, so we decided to take it directly to the hotel — but we are not obligated to do so.
