It was not clear where we would meet the bus and since the driver was late it made it even more frutstrating. I asked for a clarification but I only received a vague explanation on where to meet the driver.

At the end Paco the driver and Jonatan from BRisabus fixed the issue quickly and saved the day.
The bus didnt have the logo brisabus written anywhere, it was difficult from far to see if it was the correct one (diezbus instead of brisabus).
