You said that you couldn't come to the hotel even though the Street was open and other buses did. We had to walk with suitcases to a very busy location to meet the driver. It was very difficult as we waited at the designated point but the driver didn't and he didn't try to find us. It was just luck that one of our group walked and found him. This was most unsatisfactory. When we eventually found him he was polite and helpful. This would mean that we couldn't recommend you I'm afraid.

Hello, thank you very much for your review but I don't understand it!
You say it was difficult to find the driver. From 10 minutes before the pick-up time I was sharing my location live, at all times you could see where the car was on the way to your hotel. It was you who warned me that the street was blocked and it was you who, just before my arrival, stopped me in Plaça Sant Jaume (50 meters from the hotel).
You say they were with a lot of luggage...sorry! You didn't bring any luggage to visit the cave!!. And you were also the ones who called me for the return way before the reserved time, and were picked up as soon as possible!
So, I repeat, I don't understand your review. Thanks
