7/05/2018 Classificació per Ayman Mhanna des de Lebanon, ressenya de RentautobusVery good price/quality ratio and nice, approachable drivers. Clean and comfortable buses. However, we were very disappointed that the buses did not drop us off at the agreed upon location. Before the trip, we received the following message: "The bus will be guided by the owner Luca Pieri, the bus will leave the customers 300 meters from the station of Florence because in the square of the station is denied access to buses." Unfortunately, we were dropped off more than 2 km away from that location.
