We had several drivers, and when all but one didn't speak English it caused some misunderstandings.
When we arrived at the Fiumicino airport, one bag was missing, causing some waiting time. Deficient handling of the extra waiting and parking expenses led to I didn't get a receipt for later reimbursement.

Deposit was not an option and I had to pay the whole amount up front. Thats not always the correct model, but everything went well.

The driver (Christopher) was very helpful and even accompanied us into a pharmacy to explain what we needed as we don't speak Italian. When he noticed that we had 6 hours to fill on the day of departure between the time of leaving our accommodation and catching our flight from Rome he offered to give us a tour of the sights of Rome at a very reasonable additional cost. This added to an already successful trip. In addition Christophers pricing was the lowest of the four offers that I had received prior to our trip.
