12/11/19 Beoordeeld door Beatriz Sánchez van Spanje "La ruta fue del aeropuerto de Bruselas a una ciudad cercana a Bremen (Alemania) con un grupo de alumnos. Tuvimos dos conductores; los mismos en los dos trayectos. A la ida hubo un malentendido con el horario. Si a esto sumamos el caos organizativo del aeropuerto de Charleroi y la dificultal de entendernos, el resultado es una hora de retraso en la salida sobre el horario previsto. Pero el conductor en todo momento se mostró atento y profesional. El segundo conductor fue también muy profesional y animó al grupo de alumnos con una película y música. Su nivel de inglés era buenísimo y la comunicación con él fue mucho más fluída. En el viaje de vuelta no hubo contratiempos importantes; tan sólo unos 20 min. de retraso por problemas de tráfico. Llegamos con suficiente antelación al aeropuerto de Charleroi para tomar nuestro avión. Al igual que a la ida, la propia organización del aeropuerto y la complicada ubicación del aparcamiento de autobuses, hizo que al conductor le costase un poquito encontrarlo. Pero se resolvió con rapidez. "
